Pour devenir un candidat membre d'Agir Indon\u00e9sie, il ne suffit pas de nous envoyer votre CV. Nous recherchons toujours les meilleurs et sommes donc s\u00e9lectifs dans le choix des candidats que nous acceptons dans notre organisation.<\/p>

Les candidats doivent avoir des qualifications professionnelles, une exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine demand\u00e9, \u00eatre pr\u00eats \u00e0 se remettre en question, \u00eatre motiv\u00e9s, ambitieux, rigoureux et travailleurs.<\/p>

Ils devront suivre une formation intensive en anglais et\/ou en fran\u00e7ais et, selon le niveau demand\u00e9 par l'employeur, obtenir ce niveau de langue.<\/p>

Les candidats seront \u00e9valu\u00e9s au cours de leur formation intensive en anglais pour leur pr\u00e9sence, leur rigueur d'apprentissage et, bien s\u00fbr, leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre l'anglais.
